psWe go on a wide variety of field trips to show our students more
of the world than they might otherwise see. Our "best" trips are reserved
for students on the highest behavior levels, like these:
RESA Academy is full of tiny people, like these pictured above. They're sitting in a normal-sized chair near the Braves Museum at Turner Field. Students got to go on this trip by earning their way up to Level 4 or 5.

Level 5 students in front of the fire late at night at Camp Thunder. There are only a few students in this picture because the rest were eaten by bears. Sorry, mom!

Nineteen students who had earned their way to Level 5 got to go to Six Flags' Math and Science Day! Some of them are pictured above hiding out in the shade.

Middle school students who made it to level 4 or 5 went to the World of Coke. Pictured above is Martez Dennis pouring an ice cold Coke for Salenthia Lane.

Middle school students went to SciTrek in Atlanta. In the picture above, Mr. Armour, Salenthia Lane, and Andrew Brown check out one of the exhibits.

Level 4 and 5 students went to the WSB-TV studios in Atlanta to learn about the news and television business.

High school students visited the Atlanta Journal-Constitution to see how newspapers are made. Here, an editor explains how she puts headlines and captions on the Arts section of Sunday's paper.
